FAQ
Are the Bonpoint shoes sold by I figli di Papà genuine?
Yes. I figli di Papà is an official Bonpoint retailer: every pair is authentic, supplied directly through the brand's official channels.
Is lambskin suitable for a baby girl's sensitive skin?
Lambskin is naturally soft and breathable and has traditionally been used for first shoes because of its gentle feel. For concerns about specific skin sensitivities, consult your paediatrician.
How does the ribbon fastening work?
The ribbon passes through the perforations in the upper and ties at the front, allowing the fit to be adapted to the baby's foot. No buckles or Velcro are needed.
Are the items 100% original?
Yes. Every garment sold by Boutique I figli di Papà is 100% original and purchased directly from the brand or its official distributor. We have been carefully selecting clothes for children since 1986, over 40 years of history in the heart of Foggia, with the same family running the store and the same obsession for quality. If you ever have a doubt about authenticity, write to us at ecommerce@ifiglidipapa.it: we will share the proof of purchase for your item.
